Research: IoF2020 Stakeholder Event

Wednesday, 1 March, 2017 to Thursday, 2 March, 2017

On behalf of the IoF2020 (Internet of Food and Farm 2020) consortium, CEMA is delighted to announce the future Stakeholder Event that will take place at the University of Almeria (Spain) on 1st and 2nd of March 2018Registration here.

As you can read in the previous editions of our newsletter (September and October 2016), the IoF2020 project brings together 73 partners, including CEMA and individual manufacturers, working together for a period of 4 years (2017 – 2020) in order to foster the take-up of the Internet of Things (IoT) in the European farming and food domain.

The Stakeholder Event will be an invaluable opportunity for all the participants to engage and interact with around 150 stakeholders from the agri-food value chain, including farmers, technology providers, policy-makers and researchers.

Moreover, you will have the possibility to get informed and discuss about the future IoF2020 Open Call for new partners to join the consortium.  With an estimated budget of around €5 million, the Open Call is expected to be opened in the second half of 2018 and to address the challenges of the IoF2020 project.

Don’t lose this opportunity to get involved, register! We will provide you more information about the Almeria Stakeholder Event and the related Open Call for participation in the next months.
